I spent a decade in pastoral ministry, which gave me a deep understanding of the unique pressures mission-driven leaders face. I’ve handled bookkeeping for churches and nonprofits of all sizes, and I know firsthand that when the back office is a mess, it’s nearly impossible to lead with a clear head.
